Sunlight filters through a window, casting shadow of a large leaf plant onto a beige carpeted floor. Next to a white armchair with a fluffy pillow, there is a small wooden table with magazines.

A space designed to feel different.

At The Chiro Room, we’ve reimagined what a healthcare space can feel like—calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind.

Less clinical. More human.

A space to unmask.

We have ditched the sterile clinical vibe for a warm, living-room atmosphere in Seddon.

Whether you need a quiet moment with a tea, a slower start to your appointment, or a friendly greeting from Pacey the Labrador, you are encouraged to come exactly as you are.

There’s no expectation to “push through” or present a certain way here. This is a space where you can settle in, take a breath, and feel at ease.

A magazine titled 'SQL' and another magazine titled 'Make Architectural' are placed on a light-colored cushioned bench near a window with sunlight casting shadows. A potted plant with delicate green foliage is nearby.

Designed with your nervous system in mind.

Every detail of the space has been considered to support comfort and reduce overwhelm.

Lighting is soft and adjustable. Sound is kept calm and minimal. The pace is unhurried.

If something doesn’t feel quite right—whether it’s lighting, noise, or how we communicate—we’re always happy to adapt.

No surprises. Ever.

We understand that uncertainty can make healthcare feel overwhelming.

That’s why we work with a “no surprises” approach.

You’ll always know what’s happening, what it might feel like, and what your options are before anything begins. You’re welcome to ask questions, pause, or change direction at any time.

Your comfort and sense of safety guide everything we do.

More than a clinic.

This isn’t a place you rush in and out of.

It’s a space where you can take a moment, settle your nervous system, and feel supported—not just physically, but as a whole person.

Some people come in feeling tense or unsure. Most leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to their body.

A space for everyone.

The Chiro Room is proudly inclusive and community-focused.

We welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and we’re committed to creating a space where everyone feels respected and supported.

This is a place where you can feel safe to show up as yourself.

Meet Pacey.

Pacey, Helena’s black Labrador, is a much-loved part of The Chiro Room.

For many patients, his calm, steady presence is the first thing they notice—helping to create a sense of ease from the moment they walk through the door.

If you prefer a quieter experience without Pacey around, just let us know—we’re always happy to accommodate.

Come and experience it for yourself.

Whether you’re feeling ready or a little unsure, we’re here to welcome you.
