  • Dr Helena specialises in supporting women’s pre-and post-natal health, as well as nurturing babies and children throughout their developmental leaps. Allowing their musculoskeletal systems to grow in alignment will support their health for years to come.

    Dr Helena has completed additional studies to help support your baby with tongue/lip ties, feeding difficulties, flattening of their head, and much more.

  • In addition to manual adjustments, Dr Helena utilises a technique called Applied Kinesiology (AK) which is a diagnostic tool involving muscle testing. This gentle and non-invasive technique helps to strengthen the connection between your brain and body.

    By testing your balance and muscle strength, weakness in specific locations can be found and treated accurately.
